What is the Clear + Brilliant Laser Treatment?

The Clear + Brilliant Laser Treatment is a popular laser used to improve melasma, skin tone, fine lines and wrinkles, texture, sun damage, and reduce pore size. It’s commonly used to treat the face, neck, and chest. This treatment duration is about 30-45 minutes long. 

What does Clear + Brilliant feel like?

The provider will apply numbing cream before treatment to ensure the treatment is comfortable. Patients have described that after receiving the Clear + Brilliant laser treatment, their face felt warm, almost like a sunburn but that feeling went away within the hour. 

What is the downtime after the Clear and Brilliant treatment?

Clear + Brilliant only requires about 2-3 hours of downtime, which is really great compared to most lasers which require multiple days. Following treatment, you may experience some pink/red tones to the skin, however this only will last a few hours. Another white paper on “Treatment of Post Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation in Patients with Darker Skin Types Using a Low Energy 1927 nm Non-Ablative Fractional Laser” concluded that Clear and Brilliant “1927 nm wavelength laser is a safe and effective modality for improving post inflammatory hyperpigmentation in patients with darker skin types.”
