A $50 deposit is required for booking this appointment that will go towards your treatment.

Must be an Allē Member who resides in one of the fifty United States, including the District of Columbia, to purchase and redeem gift cards.
If a healthcare provider determines that Member is an appropriate candidate, each gift card can be redeemed for $50 off a BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment at participating Allē provider offices only.
