I want to start this review by setting the scene, because walking into a medical spa as “just the friend” of a patient can honestly go either way — and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I came solely to accompany my friend to her appointment, planning to sit quietly and wait it out.
Instead, from the moment we walked in, the experience completely disarmed me. The woman at the front desk was genuinely kind and welcoming, not performative-friendly, but actually warm. She even encouraged me to try products while we waited, and I got to test a cream on my hand in the lobby, which immediately set a relaxed tone.
Then Michelle arrived — and this is where the entire experience shifted into something exceptional. She took such intentional, thoughtful care of my friend that even I felt reassured. She explained every step of the process so clearly that I fully understood what was happening, which helped calm my friend’s nerves immensely — especially important considering she had passed out during a previous procedure elsewhere.
Michelle was grounding, compassionate, and incredibly attentive. She talked my friend through the entire procedure, introduced breathing techniques, and created an environment that felt safe, controlled, and genuinely human. What could have been a stressful experience turned into something seamless and empowering.
If you’re booking here, do yourself a favor and book with Michelle. Truly the star of the show.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Healthy Solutions! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Nicole and Lina are amazing and make you feel so comfortable, definitely the best front desk I have ever met! The atmosphere is serene, spotless, and beautifully designed — the perfect balance between luxury and comfort.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their clients. Nicole took the time to thoroughly explain every step of my treatment, answer all my questions, and tailor the experience specifically to my needs. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported and valued.

I have had several treatments at Healthy Solutions including Botox with Michele at the Furlong location. Their care and attention addressing all my questions exceeded my expectations especially Michele. Highly recommend for all your skin care needs and beyond.

Just had an amazing Hydrofacial done by Courtney. My skin feels so good and refreshed after the bitter cold of this winter. I also had her do a dermaplaning session to get rid of dead skin cells and help with makeup application. I even got a sample of the Alastin c-radical defense serum that I’m so excited to try. Overall an amazing experience!

Got my filler and botox done by Michelle! She did an amazing job and talked through everything with me! They got me in quickly after telling them I was leaving for a vacation next week and I plan on coming back for more treatments when I get back to get prepped for my wedding day!

I just moved to the area and did my research for laser hair removal and botox. To all that are looking...look no more!!! From the moment I walked in ,I was greeted by Marci and Shannon. So helpful, knowledgeable and Marci went in detail how things are run in this spa. I felt in my soul this was the right spot. I had my lips done by Stacey who is perfection personified!! Ashley did my laser treatment again perfect! I am extremely satisfied with Healthy Solutions and you will be too. No regrets, just absolute fantastic results. Thank you Healthy Solutions.
