No Show and Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of our office policy regarding missed appointments and cancellations.
We know your time is valuable and our goal is to provide quality care and services in a timely manner to all our patients. Therefore, if you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request a 24-hour (1 business day) notice. We do not consider Saturdays and Sundays normal business days, therefore if you have an appointment scheduled on Monday and need to reschedule or cancel it, please do so by Friday morning. Major holidays and long weekend Mondays are not considered business days and all changes must be done by the Friday before the long weekend.
We require a credit card on file for no shows or last minute-cancellations.
Missed appointments, or appointments canceled less than 24 hour notice, will incur a fee of $50.
If you are a VIP monthly member and you already have a card on file, that will be the card we will use to charge $50.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, an unexpected schedule adjustment needs to be made, but we kindly ask that you also respect our time and let us know when you won’t be able to make your appointment.
One emergency and sick excuse will be accommodated as a courtesy.

Saturday Appointments Require a $50 Deposit
Saturday appointments require a $50 deposit that will be applied towards your treatment.
*This is non-refundable deposit if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours or you fail to show up to your appointment.
Your appointment is very important to us. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.
In additional, Healthy Solutions Medspa values their team’s weekend time. Our team members have family, and friends with whom they could be spending time. Healthy Solutions Medspa pays their staff their entire wage for any missed or late cancelled appointment out of respect for their valuable time. Therefore, we are strictly enforcing our 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hour notice, we can refund this to you.
If you reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hour notice, we will apply it towards your treatment on your rescheduled date.
Discounts and Promotions
Discounts and promotions can not be combined other than Alle coupons.
For example a promotion card of $25 off plus a discounted promotional price on a product or treatment.
Additional example: New client Botox or Filler special of $100 off or $50 off cannot be combined with another monthly promotion we may be running or VIP discount. One promotional discount can be used at one time.
